As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Practice Manager to oversee the smooth running of our practice, support the delivery of excellent client service, and play a key role in shaping our next stage of growth.

The Role



As Practice Manager, you will be central to the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring our team has the tools, structure, and support needed to excel. You'll be responsible for managing people, processes, and performance, helping to maintain strong client relationships and driving continuous improvement.

Key Duties



Oversee the operational management of the practice, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Oversee billing and timesheet production and analysis. Oversee workflow across the firm ensuring department heads are allocating resources and tracking deadlines. Lead and support the client service team, ensuring high standards and professional development. Implement and refine internal systems, processes, and technology. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting. Act as a key point of contact for clients on non-technical matters. Support partners with strategic planning and business development initiatives.

About You



We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual with a background in accountancy or professional services.

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in a practice management, operations, or senior client service role (accountancy/tax/legal/professional services preferred). Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent organisational and workflow management capabilities. A commercial mindset with confidence in financial management and reporting. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Tech-savvy, with experience using practice management/accounting software.
