Job Description

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Office Support Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will support the Office Manager with day-to-day accounting and administrative tasks. This an excellent opportunity for someone looking to join a successful and expanding company on a temporary contract which could turn to a permanent offer for the right person.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Office Manager with general accounting and administrative duties.
  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry.
  • Handle banking and payments.
  • Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Use Excel and SAP for data entry, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
  • Perform general office administration, including filing, correspondence, and supporting colleagues as needed.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes where required.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data entry, formatting).
  • Experience with SAP (advantageous but training will be provided).
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Previous experience in an office or accounts environment preferred but not essential.
