The Role

We're looking for a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team and support our Accounts Manager in preparing and finalising Limited Company accounts and Corporation Tax returns (CT600s).

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their technical accounting skills in a supportive, professional environment.

Please note: this is a fully office-based position with no hybrid or remote working options.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of year-end accounts for Limited Companies.

Prepare Corporation Tax computations and CT600 submissions.

Liaise with clients to obtain required financial information.

Maintain accurate working papers and documentation.

Support with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required.

Ideal Candidate

AAT-qualified or part-qualified ACCA/ACA (qualified accountant desirable but not essential).

Experience preparing year-end accounts and CT600 returns.

Familiarity with VT Transaction+ and/or Capium software is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
