What you'll do:

Manage a portfolio of clients, handling their ongoing accounting, tax preparation, and planning Prepare UK Limited Company Accounts, Corporation Tax Returns, Partnership Accounts, and Personal Tax Returns Provide clients with sound tax advice and strategies for optimal tax efficiency Review and submit VAT Returns, handle invoicing & reconciliations, and manage client meetings Oversee client onboarding, engagement letters, and fees Register clients with HMRC, liaise with them, and manage company secretarial duties (if required) Review colleagues' work and provide constructive feedback

We're looking for someone who:

Holds a recognised accounting qualification (MAAT, ACCA, ICAS) Has at least 2 years' experience managing a client portfolio Possesses strong and up-to-date knowledge of Accounts, Tax, and VAT relevant to UK businesses and individuals Is proficient in Cloud accounting (QuickBooks), tax software, and online software (training provided) Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages time effectively Has excellent communication skills and builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues Takes ownership of work, works independently, and meets deadlines Is a team player who values continuous learning and improvement
