Duties
Post supplier invoices into the accounting system
Obtain approval to pay supplier invoices from department heads
Allocate payments on the accounting system
Bank statement reconciliation
Generate customer invoices
Assist with credit control on outstanding balances
Generate invoices for reporting radiologists
Control sheet preparation
Assist with ad hoc tasks
Skills
Great attention to detail
Able to sense check own work
Willing to question existing practices and actively thinks about different ways of approaching tasks
Comfortable talking to people at all levels of seniority both within and outside the organisation
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar software.
