KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this successful business in North Shields, in the recruitment of an Accountant. Your duties will be as follows:
Responsible for the production and presentation of the management accounts Preparing financial statements; balance sheet and profit and loss Providing financial analysis and forecasts for the senior management team Responsible for cost control and profitability improvements Management and processing of salaries and pensions Accounting of company's assets, additions, disposals and depreciation policies Submission of VAT, PAYE and P11ds Managing and mentoring the finance and procurement team Highlighting any potential R & D or funding opportunities
You will be a fully qualified Accountant or working towards your accountancy qualification. Strong IT skills, particularly Excel are essential. Manufacturing experience would be advantageous.
