Join Our Team as an Account Analyst!

Your Role
As an Account Analyst, you'll play a vital part in our Financial Control team, reporting directly to the G&C and Reporting Manager. You will support our business unit across various accounting functions, ensuring precision, strong governance, and smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver timely and accurate period-end close through effective collaboration with the Operations team.

• Manage accruals and cut-off processes to ensure accurate reporting.

• Conduct stock reconciliations and proactively manage GRIR.

• Oversee standards and PPV accounting, as well as balance sheet reconciliations.

• Handle fixed asset management and working capital reporting.

• Manage aged debt and cashflow forecasting.

• Maintain master data and support with ad hoc reporting and projects as required.

Who You Are
We welcome both early-career and experienced accountants. We're looking for someone who is:

• Degree-level educated.

• AAT or part qualified status.

• Skilled at a basic to intermediate level in Excel & Power BI.

• Possessing foundational accounting knowledge, particularly in double entry and finance processes.

• Strong in numerical and analytical ability.

• Methodical, detail-oriented, and an effective problem solver.

• Able to manage time well and prioritise effectively.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, especially around key year-end deadlines.

• A 37.5-hour workweek, with flexibility to consider 80% full time equivalent for the right candidate.

• Full-time hours Monday: Friday

• A hybrid working model with 2 days in the office, moving to 3 later this year.
