Accounting & Financial Analyst Role

The Accounting & Financial Analyst will support month-end close, management reporting, and manufacturing cost & KPI analysis in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and month-end close (journals, accruals, reconciliations) Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Analyse manufacturing KPIs including Stock, WIP, variances, costs, and margins Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting Partner with Operations and Sales on cost, pricing, and margin improvement

About You

Degree in Accounting/Finance or AAT Level 4 qualification minimum Studying toward or qualified ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) 3-5 years' experience in accounting or financial analysis preferably in a manufacturing environment Proficient user of Excel and knowledge of Power Apps Experience of ERP software preferable Analytical, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with non-finance teams
