Overview
We are looking for a Accounting Assistant (Recharges) to join our team in Chippenham. The Finance Service Centre is a fast moving, customer focused team, providing a range of professional services to support the Wincanton business and its customers.
This is an interim role until the end of May 2026. The successful applicant will support the Recharges Manager in cleansing and transitioning non-recharge activities, driving process clarity and improvement.
The role is hybrid with a requirement to be onsite Tuesday and Wednesday each week.
Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and can be flexible with start and finish times.
How will you contribute?
Supporting creation of / updating process documentation
Cleanse of non-recharge activities - working with other internal teams to see where the task can be most efficiently completed * Enable transition planning for clearer ownership and accountability of tasks
