The role will primarily involve:
Managing accounts payable and processing invoices using SGA and XERO software;
Performing regular bank reconciliations;
Ensuring VAT compliance and supporting general financial operations;
A strong knowledge of accounting software and tax regulations is essential, along with a keen eye for detail;
Providing support with payment reminders and handling accounts payable.
Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent; At least two years of experience in a similar role; oProficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and XERO is essential; o Fluency in Italian at C1 level or above, along with proficiency in English or another additional language.
