Job Summary




We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager who has a minimum of 4-6 years post-qualification experience in a small to medium-sized accountancy practice.

What You'll Own & Lead:



Resolving and completing difficult account production work Maintain effective working relationships with outsourcing partners Perform quality control reviews of work produced by outsourcing partners, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm standards Handling complicated client queries Provide technical tax and accounting advice to SME clients Develop and maintain a knowledge bank of frequently asked client queries with standardised answers to support team efficiency and consistency Helping in training and mentoring junior team members Ongoing monitor of regulatory changes and align business

What You Bring to the Table



4-6 years post-qualification experience in an accountancy practice (ACCA or equivalent) Excellent technical knowledge of personal tax, IFRS 102 & 105 accounting standards and VAT Strong IT skills - good working knowledge of TaxCalc, QuickBooks and additional bookkeeping tools Worked with a diverse portfolio of SME clients Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement Proven track record in building and maintaining long-term client relationships Strong proactive and problem-solving capabilities
