Now, they're looking for an experienced

Accounting Technician

to keep their finances in sharp shape as they continue to grow.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage day-to-day finance tasks, support the wider ops team, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes - from invoicing and reconciliations to management accounts and reporting. While you won't be filing accounts, you'll play a key role in ensuring the books are bang-on.

What You'll Be Doing:

Own all transactional finance processes, including purchase and sales ledger Manage bank and credit card reconciliations Prepare monthly profit & loss reports, cashflow forecasting, and balance sheets Support payroll input and expenses processing Help produce management accounts and VAT returns Work closely with our outsourced accountants and leadership team Maintain financial records with accuracy and attention to detail Suggest and implement process improvements to support growth

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a finance, bookkeeping, or accounts assistant role Comfortable with the cloud-based finance tool

Xero

Experience with software like

Chaser HQ

or

Apron

would be advantageous Excellent time management and attention to detail A proactive, can-do mindset -- you're comfortable working independently and bringing ideas to the table Experience in an agency, startup or fast-paced environment is a big plus
