Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely and accurate completion of all company payroll processes (Employees and Sub-Contractors) through the internal payroll system.
Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently.
Monitor the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are received and recorded.
Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing/payment discrepancies.
Reconcile customer accounts and prepare aging reports.
Communicate with customers to address billing queries and provide statements.
Assist with month-end close by producing accurate AR reports and schedules.
Maintain organised and up-to-date records of invoices, receipts, and correspondence.
Collaborate with other team members to resolve account-related issues.
Essential Skills:
Experience with QuickBooks accounting system.
Payroll experience.
Understanding of bookkeeping principles.
Confident communicator and team player.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Able to work independently and take initiative.
High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbal.
