I have an fantastic role working for an exuberant and diverse employer who very much value their staff.

Due to expansion my client are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has previous experience in Accounts.

The right individual will be a motivated and eager candidate who is used to dealing with the below duties.

The role;

• Bank Reconciliation
• Chasing for invoices, producing invoices
• Credit Control
• Business Charge Card, asking for statement and invoices then producing the invoices and reconciling
• Checking Xero for draft rent invoices
• Managing the phones
• Verifying CIS
• Processing timesheets
• Credit Control
• Board Minutes
• Managing emails and the inbox
• Expenses

Experience required;

• Able to process invoices
• Able to chase debt
• Experience reconciling accounts
• Experience processing expenses
• Computer literate
• Experience with Xero (Desirable)
