Job Description

We are a small but growing software development company and have developed Procim, a leading project-based budgeting, costing and process automation software within the experiential marketing, corporate communications and live event industries. We are looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive and detail oriented all-rounder to join our team at ITA as an accounts, office administration and HR assistant.

Activities



You will:

Play a key role in supporting our finance related functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial/management reporting. Assist with monitoring, updating and maintaining our Subscription Management systems and processes, including processes for the generation of subscription, consultancy and support invoices. Assist with the processing of expense claims and receipts, overdue invoice payment tracking and management. Provide a first point of liaison for clients regarding invoice and accounts related queries and support issues. Play an integral part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of payroll and HR administration. Assist with all aspects of office administration and office management. Provide general administrative and HR support to our management, consultancy, support and development teams including administrative aspects of the onboarding of new employees. Provide financial and administrative support to project teams. Provide support to our directors with financial duties for group companies in the UK and Spain.

This is a very varied role and requires a degree of flexibility and adaptability as well as an ability to cope with challenging situations. You must be able to use your initiative, have a very strong attention to detail, excellent multi-tasking abilities, confident interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of organisation and focus, and be able to work under pressure within deadlines.

You will ideally be qualified to Bachelor's degree level, preferably in an accounting and/or business administration related field.

The following key skills will be considered:

Solid understanding and experience of finance and accounting functions and operations including debtors list management Knowledge of financial systems, financial/accounting experience Good IT application skills, understanding of and experience with IT systems including the the use of client management and accounting applications Ability to manage and administer office related functions Solid understanding of databases, data manipulation, retrieval and queries Exposure to sales, application support and/or customer services Experience with software testing, training, user support and change management
Although we work primarily remotely, we are periodically at our office in West London. You will therefore be required, and must be able to travel to and from our UK office as and when required, in order to assist with the on-site management of the office and office related functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 22,000.00-26,000.00 per year
