The Role
We are looking for a reliable and highly organised
Accounts & Office Administrator
to join our team at our Stanmore studio. This is an
in-office position role
and would suit either:
A recent graduate with accounting, finance, or numeracy-based training, looking to gain hands-on experience in a creative manufacturing business, or
An experienced office or accounts professional seeking a varied, steady role within a small, established company.Working closely with the Studio Manager and Head of Design, the role combines
accounts support
,
costing and quoting
, as well as
general office administration tasks
. You will play an important part in ensuring projects are costed accurately, orders are processed efficiently, and in supporting the head of design and the office manager to ensure day-to-day studio operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Commercial Support
Preparing product costings and client quotes for bespoke artwork projects
Generating pro-forma invoices and sales orders
Matching supplier invoices to delivery notes and purchase orders
Maintaining accurate financial and project records
Supporting the Studio Manager with general accounts administration
Office & Studio Support
Booking courier deliveries and preparing associated paperwork
Attending regular production meetings to track and monitor live projects
Procuring components and materials for ongoing works
Assisting with the preparation and dispatch of client project documents and samples
Filing completed project documentation and maintaining organised office records.
Updating and maintaining the CRM system
Providing wider administrative support to the studio team as required
About You
You will be numerate, detail-driven,
and comfortable working across both accounts and general office support. You enjoy being part of a team, take pride in accuracy, and are confident managing multiple tasks at once.
This role requires someone who is
present, engaged, and office-based
, contributing to the studio's daily rhythm.
You are likely to have:
Strong numeracy and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
The ability to work methodically and manage deadlines
A professional, friendly, and reliable approachPrevious experience in accounts, finance, office administration, or a manufacturing or design-led business would be beneficial, but not essential for the right candidate.

Working Pattern & Salary
Full-time, five days per week preferred.
