Engineered Rubber Products has been established for 4 years, and is continually growing. As a hose manufacturer for the use in peristaltic pumps and other custom hoses.

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Account Administrator to join our team in GB. Based at our factory in Swanmore, this role is vital in managing financial records, supporting our customer service excellence, and ensuring smooth administrative operations aligned with our company's mission.

Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently. Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Sage 50. Reporting and reconciliation tasks. Assist in processing invoices and payments promptly. Provide administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve account issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Checking Exchange rates Liaising with Foreign payments provider, ordering currency and paying foreign suppliers Requesting statements and raising any queries Running aged debtors reports and chasing outstanding invoices Ensuring all ledgers are kept up to date Credit checking clients and potential clients

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles. Proficiency in accounting software including Sage 50 Strong understanding of accounts payable processes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills. Prior experience in industrial supplies or related sectors is a plus.
Hours of work are 30 hours er week, over 5 days Monday to Friday

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.50-14.50 per hour
