We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper.
The duties include but not limited to:
Daily cashing up of tills and recording on sage
Creation of monthly rental invoices and electric use
Inputting purchase invoices accurately
Producing monthly sales & purchase figures
Producing purchase payment run
Preparing and submitting VAT return
Bank Reconciliation
Filing
Sage Experience required
Hours - part time to suit applicant - at least 16 hours per week
Salary - TBC
- Must be experienced with Sage accounting software
Skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant or relevant role
- Proficiency in Sage accounting software
