Previous experience within a financial environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Data Entry of receipts received through our online bank account, paying strict attention to detail.
Input of daily banking and taking to the bank
General office administration including printing, copying & filing.
Taking card payments & writing cheques
Dealing with clients by email, phone, and post
Assisting the Accounts Manager & Office Manager in various tasks when necessary
Candidate must:
Be well organised
Be able to work both under close supervision and on their own initiative
Have the ability to prioritise tasks according to importance
Be professional when speaking to clients and suppliers
Have excellent IT skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft Office

9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
