We are seeking an experienced Account Administrator to join our team. As an Account Administrator, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, carrying out general admin tasks, booking in jobs, maintaining company job management system. Currently we operate a
target based 4 day working week

Hours
Hours can be suited to any successful candidate
Duties
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Prepare and maintain financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Update and maintain financial databases and systems
- Assist with payroll processing
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing and payments
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Administrator or in a similar role and proficient in office 365 software Excel, Word etc.
- Proficient in accounting software Sage
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
