At RCH Windows and Doors, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial record-keeping. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive environment, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes. The ideal applicant will possess experience with key accounting software and a strong understanding of accounts payable procedures.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain daily accounts using Xero.
PAYE and Payroll processing
Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and vendors.
Raising sales invoices and allocating payments
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
Support the finance team with data entry, filing, and administrative tasks related to accounting functions.
Bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
General office administration when required
Experience
Previous experience in accounts and administration
Confident user of Xero and payroll procedures
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
A positive, proactive working attitude
