Accelerate Facilities are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team.
Daily duties include:
Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as purchase ledger, sales ledger, credit control.
Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers
Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding account queries
Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers
Provide general administrative support to the finance department
Any other duties as required, reporting directly to the Finance Officer.

This role is based at our Head Office in Hadleigh, Ipswich.
The hours for this role are part-time, 15 hours per week with exact working days to be discussed upon successful recruitment. There is flexibility within these working hours.
ROP: 12.60 p/h
