To provide administrative support across finance and operations, ensuring accurate reporting, efficient query resolution, and timely analysis to support subcontractor management, job tracking, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding data management and time prioritisation skills, and be confident using Excel to manage and analyse information. They will be comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders via email, phone, and face-to-face, and able to adapt quickly when priorities shift or new challenges arise.
Earthmill Maintenance Limited is a service and maintenance business specialising in agricultural wind turbines across the UK. We work closely with landowners and operators to keep turbines running smoothly, providing everything from routine servicing to fault resolution and repairs. Our office is based in Harrogate and offers a small, friendly, and supportive working environment where collaboration and flexibility are key. Key Responsibilities
Subcontractor Analysis & Reporting
Handle subcontractor analysis queries and assist in the creation of detailed reports.
Review subcontractor analysis and support accrual processes.
Financial Administration
Process and reconcile company credit card transactions.
Create and manage GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) and purchase order review and reporting.
Complete contract profitability reporting and warranty works reporting, and report to stakeholders on findings.
Operational Support
Assist with chasing jobsheets and reviewing open jobs, helping to resolve queries to completion
Manage CRM system approvals and resolve related queries.
Skills & Experience Required
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
