Job Description

The Loddon Foundation is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Administrator to support the Head of Finance in processing and maintaining accurate financial records. This part-time role offers flexibility and the chance to contribute to a meaningful organisation that supports children and young people with complex needs.

Main responsibilities include:



Process invoices and payments using Lightyear and Xero. Manage petty cash, credit card transactions and weekly banking. Support with bank reconciliations and daily coding of payments. Monitor and chase outstanding invoices and donations. Assist with reporting and data sharing for HR and finance functions. Provide general finance administrative support as required.

Hours:



This is a part-time, permanent role, 15 hours per week (flexible) across Monday to Friday within the hours of 8.30am - 4.30pm.

What is required for the role:



Strong academic credentials including GCSE Maths, English and ICT (A- C)
Willingness to work towards AAT Qualifications Excellent attention to detail Previous experience is not essential

Salary:



The hourly rate is 12.87 - 15.18 (FTE 25,097 to 29,601) depending on qualifications and experience.
