We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Account Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organisation. Duties
Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately
Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial data is correctly recorded
Assist with preparing financial reports and statements for management review
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
Liaise with vendors and clients regarding billing queries and payment status
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant financial regulations
Assist in maintaining organised filing systems for all financial documentation
Skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
