Job Description
H.A McEwen (Boiler Repairs) Ltd are a family run specialist engineering company based near Keighley in West Yorkshire and we are looking for a highly proficient Accounts Administrator to join our fast-paced head office in Cowling on a Part Time, permanent basis.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, has excellent attention to detail, highly efficient and can work independently in a busy but supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator
Raise customer invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
Maintaining smooth workflows and accurate records.
Support quarterly VAT returns.
Provide general finance and administrative support to the wider team as needed.
Using Sage to upload financial information.
Skills and Experience
A minimum of 2 years experience working within accounts / finance
Must be Proficient in all aspects of Sage.
Ability to multitask and prioritise work load.
Team player, quick learner, flexibility and high adaptability to change.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail.
