Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our busy Skoda Dealership in Bath. You will gain valuable accounting experience and there is plenty of scope for progression in the future within the Company. For the right candidate we will further support your personal learning and development by fully funding AAT studies at various levels should you wish to pursue this.

Duties:
- Process accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices, coding expenses, and preparing payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed.
- Provide support to the accounting team as required.
Skills Required:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, organised, and has a strong understanding of accounts payable processes. The Account Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial records and supporting the accounting team.
