This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Lettings and Property, In your role as
Lettings Accounts Administrator
, you'll be managing a high volume of tasks at any one time and working from various systems. With experience in lettings accounts a must. If you think you have those key characteristics, we would love to hear from you!
The Package:
Part or full time
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, (full-time) Part time Monday to Friday 9.00am- 2pm but hours can be negotiable
The Role:
Assisting the other team members with sales and lettings compliance support for the entire group.
Reconciliation of invoices and banking for lettings and sales business
Assistant property manager with new tenancy move in files
Carrying out outbound calls to the wider group, dealing with enquiries and administration requests.
Day to day reconciliation of clients accounts for approx 150 managed properties
Paying landlords and contractors
Rent chasing
Landlord statements
Paying estate agency invoices and collating monthly invoices for accountant
Will also assist property manager with referencing for new business which will get paid bonuses.
Assisting director with files for new business.
The Person:
Previous experience working in an Lettings accounts based role is
essential
Reconciliation/banking experience or admin experience within the property sector is essential
Self-motivated, well organised and ability to use own initiative
Problem solving skills

Pay: Up to 33,000.00 per year
