We are looking to recruit a dynamic Accounts administrator to assist in all areas of the the accounts department to keep it running smoothly, to ensure our future success.

The Role:
Purchase ledger tasks, matching invoices to delivery notes, entering on software
Credit control assistance, calling overdue customers, investigating non payment issues.
Process new account opening forms
Liaise with customers, suppliers & other staff members to achieve objectives
Send out via email documents such as statements, direct debit advices, references
Book-keeping tasks as directed, such as processing income, retail section of the business
Other office tasks as directed
The Person:
- Previous accounts office experience.
- Educated to A'level or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
- Keep calm under pressure
- A self-starter who is proactive and can set and achieve goals.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise own workload to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of excel, Dynamics Nav will be desirable
- Must reside within an 8 mile radius of NW10 7ST.
