We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Administrator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and payable using Sage 200 accounting software to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments
Assist in the transferring of funds from various bank accounts as necessary; balance and reconcile bank statements.
Maintain ledgers and journals; post debits and credits.
Prepare and send statements to debtors.
Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and recordkeeping for financial documents, correspondence, and client information
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, offering support, or directing to appropriate departments
Assist with clerical duties, including proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and preparing reports
Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications
Proven experience in office accounts administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Sage 50/200
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
Strong computer literacy with the ability to perform data entry, proofreading, and document management accurately
Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
