What does the day to day look like?
Entering contractor invoices into our property management system Processing contractor and landlord payments Allocating rental monies received Carrying out client account bank reconciliations Investigating and clearing suspense account items Supporting credit control activities Assisting with general administrative and finance duties as needed
The skills and attributes you'll bring:
Proactive, positive attitude and a strong team player Happy to take on a wide range of tasks within a growing business Excellent attention to detail Strong organisational skills Confident communicator No formal accountancy experience required Competence in numeracy
