THE OPPORTUNITY



Due to the continued growth and success of our Property Management division, we are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Accounts Administrator to join our friendly and professional team.



This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid accounting or bookkeeping experience who enjoys working in a supportive environment, contributing to the smooth financial running of a busy property management business. We offer a varied and rewarding role with the flexibility to work full-time or part-time, depending on your circumstances.



Due to the success of the Property Management Department, Stratton Creber Commercial has an immediate opportunity for an experienced accounts assistant to join our friendly Plymouth team. Stratton Creber Commercial is seeking an office-based Accounts/Admin Assistant to help with the continued development of the Property Management Department. This can be a full/part time position.



ROLE REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES



As an integral member of our accounts team, you will assist in the day-to-day management of commercial property finances, including:


Managing the purchase ledger, obtaining invoice approvals, and entering supplier payments. Processing sales ledger invoices for rent, service charges, and other tenant recharges. Posting payments and receipts into our accounting and property management systems. Carrying out bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records in Excel. Managing utility readings, arranging contract renewals, and liaising with suppliers and local authorities on tenancy changes. Scanning and electronically filing invoices, statements, and other financial documents. Supporting the wider Property Management team with administrative and financial tasks as needed.

ABOUT YOU



We're looking for someone who is:


Experienced in bookkeeping or accounts administration (essential). Familiar with commercial property management (advantageous but not required). Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail. A clear communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Confident using IT systems, including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and accounting software.
