We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our team. Based at our head office in Sale, you will play an important role in furthering the success of the company.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is willing to go the extra mile. You will work within the Accounts Team and will be fundamental in ensuring all Accounts tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Customer service lies at the core of our operations, requiring a willingness to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
The Accounts Administrator will be responsible for assisting with all general accounts tasks, working within our busy clients accounts team, duties will include but will not be limited to;
Creating and logging invoices
Scanning invoices
Reporting on cash levels
Managing a mailbox
Liaising with suppliers
Ad Hoc duties to support the wider finance team

GCSE Maths grade 4 and above
Detail-oriented with great attention to detail
Ability to work to strict deadlines and be able to prioritise workload
