Junior Finance Administrator
Contract Type: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
About the Role:
We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Administrator to join our finance team on a temporary basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent Finance or Accounting graduate or someone currently studying AAT to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
You'll support key finance functions including purchase ledger, sales ledger, bank reconciliation, and general admin tasks. This role is ideal for someone keen to develop a career in finance and grow within an organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Process invoices and maintain accurate records of transactions
Assist with bank reconciliations and financial data entry
Support accounts payable and receivable processes
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation
Assist with month-end reporting and other finance-related tasks
Provide general administrative support to the finance team
Liaise with internal departments and suppliers as needed
Requirements:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or currently studying towards AAT
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
A willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
Previous finance or office admin experience (desirable but not essential)
