Circa 23,500 Salary (dependant on experience)



Full Time



6 Month Fixed Term Contract (with the possibility for the role to become permanent)



Location: Stamford



5 Days Per week, 9:00- 17:15 (45 minutes for Lunch)

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Stamford Agency.

About the role:



We have an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Accounts Administrator to join our friendly and professional team at NFU Mutual Stamford.

Working closely with the Agency team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our office's financial and administrative processes. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers, the Agency team, and relevant NFU Mutual staff. Process and despatch renewal documentation accurately and in line with NFU Mutual standards. Implement customer money collection and processing procedures to meet NFU Mutual's key financial requirements and credit control policy. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with NFU Mutual's compliance and data management standards. Manage and maintain the Agency's office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Produce correspondence and documentation to required timeframes and quality standards. Provide administrative support to the Agent and wider team as needed, including ad hoc projects or duties assigned by the Agent or Senior Agent.

About you


-------------

Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM). Previous experience in an administrative, finance, or insurance role would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

23,500+ starting salary depending on experience. Pension scheme contributions Contractually we offer 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays. But in addition to that we offer 2 days additional leave during Christmas week which does not come out of the holiday allocation Rewarding longevity, in addition to annual salary reviews we increase your holiday entitlement. This will increase by 2 days after 5 years service and 5 days after 10 years Comprehensive on-going training and personal development
