Responsibilities:
Filing - sales and purchase ledger including expenses.
Credit checking.
Invoicing.
Chase invoice payments.
General Office Duties.
Updating the internal CRM systems and spreadsheets.
Data Entry (Inputting Figures and descriptions)
Communicating with various departments and roles
Requirements:
Previous relevant experience within an Accounts Payable function
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
Experience of Microsoft suite.

Due to our continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a full-time Accounts Administrator. We are an office team of 24 staff in a company of 115 employees with a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Our business hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday - Friday.
Our team members start with 21 days holiday plus Bank Holidays and after 2 years service will start to earn additional holidays for length of service up to 10 extra days per year.

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
