Responsibilities



Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments Accounts receivable processing and daily cash analysis Perform data entry tasks related to financial transactions with precision and efficiency Reconcile accounts using software such as Microsoft Navision to maintain accurate financial records Assist with month-end closing activities and prepare relevant reports for review Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies Preparation and supporting year end group information for Head Office and year end liaison with the external auditors Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information at all times

Requirements



Proven experience with accounting software such as Microsoft Navision is highly desirable Strong data entry skills with high accuracy levels Familiarity with accounts payable procedures and financial transaction processing Knowledge of financial services industry practices is advantageous Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting purposes Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment A recognised qualification or background in accounting or finance is preferred but not essential
Part time, 25 hours a week 9.30am - 2.30pm

Pay: 16,523.00-18,000.00 per year
