David Mouland Haulage are looking for an accounts administrator to join our busy office, due to ours relocating. We are looking for someone with an accounts background. The role covers a lot of varied work to include: Preparing accounts using electronic systems, preparing VAT Returns.
Essential for the Role: Good working knowledge of preparing accounts, VAT and Tax Returns. Previous experience of working within an Accountancy role is a must. Working knowledge of various software packages to include Sage.
On-site parking
Schedule: Monday to Friday's,
Preparing and reviewing ledger balances and monthly accounts
Completing company tax returns
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Handling overall company expenses
Maintaining and monitoring the company's financial systems
Handling general account queries, credit control.
Maintaining a record of all receipts and payments
Acting as a point of contact for all internal and external financial issues
Attention to detail
Excellent maths skills
Ability to work well with others
Strong organisational skills
Knowledge of the computer software such as Sage
Experience with Excel
