proactive and enthusiastic Administration and Accounts Assistant/Officer

What you'll be doing



You'll support our operations, finance, and membership team, helping to keep everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

General administration and ad hoc support to senior managers Managing invoices, payments, and cash transactions Processing supplier invoices and credit card statements Supporting subscription billing and member queries Bank reconciliations and preparing financial reports Administrative support for meetings, events, and executive schedules Assisting with external audits and keeping accurate financial records
Please note this role is around 70% accounts/finance Support and 30% general administration.

What we're looking for



We want someone who takes pride in doing things well and can juggle multiple tasks with ease. Ideally, you'll bring:

Experience in admin and/or finance support (bookkeeping knowledge is a huge advantage) Strong IT skills, especially Excel (pivot tables and formulas) Accuracy and efficiency in data entry Brilliant organisational skills and a keen eye for detail Clear and professional communication skills
Experience with

QuickBooks

or similar finance software would be an advantage, but training is available.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
