Accounts Administrator
to join our growing team. This is a full-time position, working
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

You'll manage day-to-day accounting tasks, provide essential administrative support across the business, and work closely with the Managing Director on a range of projects. Key Responsibilities
Accounts Administration
? Process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and credit notes
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
? Reconcile bank statements and transactions
? Assist with month-end and year-end preparation
? Submit payroll by gathering and verifying required information
? Handle supplier queries and maintain strong customer relationships
? Monitor outstanding payments, prepare statements, and assist with credit control
General Administrative Support
? Manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence
? Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical)
? Order office supplies and manage stock levels
? Prepare documents, reports, letters, and presentations
? Assist with scheduling, diary management, and coordinating meetings
? Complete client care calls
Support to the Managing Director
? Provide day-to-day administrative support and handle delegated tasks
? Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action points
? Assist with planning, projects, and business organisation
? Manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Skills & Experience Required
? Previous administrative or customer service experience is essential
? Strong understanding of basic accounting processes
? Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks desirable)
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
? Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
? Confident communicator with a proactive approach
? Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
