Accounts and Sales Administrator
to join our office team.
Role Overview
As our Accounts and Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in managing our invoicing and credit control processes, while also supporting our sales team. You'll be working with platforms such as Big Change, Dext, and Xero, so experience with any of these systems will be desirable but not necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage invoices using Big Change, Dext, and Xero.
Ensure each job is invoiced to the customer correctly.
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments as part of credit control.
Assist with sales administration including taking new jobs and sending out quotes.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to resolve queries.
Support general office duties as required.
Requirements
Proven experience in accounts administration, credit control, or sales support.
Familiarity with Big Change, Dext, and Xero is an advantage but not necessary.
Excellent attention to detail and a thorough, diligent work ethic.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
