Accounts Apprentice - Monday - Friday (40 Hours per week)

We have an amazing opportunity for a recent school leaver to join our growing family business, based at our Head Office site in Witham.

This is an apprenticeship role which will include formal training via an accredited provider to gain professional accounts aligned qualifications.

Key responsibilities include:

Daily sales invoicing Maintain up to date and accurate sales ledger records Daily sales imports into the accounting system (Xero) Daily Bank reconciliation of debtor receipts Inputting invoices in accounting software Preparing and sending customer statements Collation and submission of relevant invoice packs to work providers for payments Maintaining weekly debt spreadsheet Chasing debt and other credit control activities including liaising with work providers Retail, Excess and VAT invoice reconciliation Ad hoc projects as required
Previous experience & skills:
