Summary (can be flexible with hours, i.e. to fit in with school hours)

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team at Staverton Park Hotel & Golf. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the overall financial operations of our hotel. Located in a picturesque setting, you will play a key part in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Assist with the management of accounts payable and receivable processes. Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Opera, Procure Wizard Support the finance team with daily administrative tasks related to accounting operations. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or similar role in finance. Familiarity with accounting software Strong understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
