This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry, processing sales/purchase invoices for VAT returns and accounts
Bank reconciliations (training provided)
Filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
Setting up new client files and conducting due diligence checks
Processing payroll
Performing additional administrative tasks as directed by senior accountants
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in an accountancy practice
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly advanced Excel (managing large datasets)
Experience with
MoneySoft Payroll Manager
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proactive and positive attitude
Strong teamwork and communication skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
Currently pursuing an accounting qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, or similar)
