Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting software or financial services, ensuring accurate and efficient financial data entry. However in this role, you will support our Accounts Manager in the daily operations of our growing accounts department. So some knowledge of accounts/bookkeeping is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
We actively encourage mature applicants. But strong English and Math skills are an essential requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions using Sage accounting software.
- Perform data entry tasks to update financial records and maintain accuracy
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements
- Support the finance team with administrative tasks as required
Special note :
Due to poor local public transport connections only candidates who are based in Bordon, the surrounding area or can easily commute will be considered.
