Job Description
CMA have been engaged to recruit for our Central Bournemouth, their requirement is for an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Finance Supervisor, as Accounts Assistant you will be working in a hands-on environment supporting in purchase and sales ledger and high-volume reconciliations.
Our client offers a permanent position paying up to 328,000 per annum depending on experience and relevant skills.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
- Processing supplier invoices.
- completing weekly payment runs.
- Ensuring sales ledger activity is correctly processed.
- Daily account reconciliations.
- Processing and taking payments.
- Supporting in query resolution.
- Allocation of payments.
- The Accounts Assistant will be able to demonstrate an understanding of sales and purchase ledger processing and query resolution.
- Confident with account reconciliations and spotting discrepancies.
- Experience using multiple accountancy systems and confident with Excel.
- Ideally suited to a candidate looking for a long term move and to work for a professional business with long term opportunities to develop.
- A salary range of 326,000 to 328,000 per annum plus a benefits.
