Job Overview:

We are seeking an accounts assistant to join our team, from September 2025.

We require someone with excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, shows outstanding initiative, has a positive 'can do' attitude and wants to learn and develop, as they grow into the role.

Duties:

Posting and reconciling bank statements and card payments to relevant leaseholder's accounts*
Posting and reconciling contractor invoices*
Filing of invoices in a logistical way*
Supporting your Accounts colleagues with year-end accounts, reporting, raising Service Charge demands and recharges and credit control*
Liaising with contractors in relation to invoices and solving any problems*
Supporting the Property Managers with day-to-day queries eg,*
Locating payments*
Raising Statements of Accounts to sent to Leaseholders when requested*
Posting bank statements and card payments to relevant leaseholder's accounts*
Paying and reconciling contractor invoices*
Filing of invoices in a logistical way*
Supporting your Accounts colleagues with other ad-hoc duties*
Supporting the Property Managers with day-to-day queries*
Locating payments*
Liaising with contractors on invoices*

Requirements:

- Proven experience in an office environment is ideal, but not essential.

- Excellent attention to detail

- Work well under pressure
