Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in the property industry based in Bromley. This temporary role requires strong accounting skills to support financial operations effectively.
- Assist with processing invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately.
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
- Provide assistance with VAT returns and other statutory requirements.
- Respond to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to meet deadlines.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accountancy processes and systems.
The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be on short notice
