Job Description

PMCK Ltd is a well-established electrical contracting business, providing electrical services for prestige clients in the Educational, Industrial and Commercial sectors throughout the UK & Ireland.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Accounts Assistant

in our Accounts Department.

: Moy, County Tyrone

Main Duties:



Prepare, match, and submit invoices for approval, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Communicate with relevant suppliers to process invoicing or payment queries. Answer and direct calls Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers/subcontractors. Post invoices and credit notes and ensuring they are coded correctly in the system. Verify, gain approval, post, and file invoices appropriately. Monthly supplier statement reconciliations Assist the Financial Controller in investigating and resolving outstanding creditor items. Support the Financial Controller in various accounting tasks, such as data entry and financial reporting.

Other:



Provide high level customer service Comply with, and promote Health and Safety Policies & Procedures Maintain effective communication with colleagues. Administration duties as directed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

:

Previous administrative experience related to accounts and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software. Higher Level Apprentices studying accounts related courses and candidates with accounts related qualification (Desirable but not essential). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and organization. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
