We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join a finance team.
The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day financial operations of the business, including processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and assisting with reconciliations.
Key responsibilities as the Accounts Assistant:
Process purchase and sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Assist with payroll administration and employee expense claims
Perform general administrative duties related to finance, such as filing and data entry
Liaise with other departments to gather information for financial reporting
Skills and Requirements:
Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar finance-related role
Basic understanding of Bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Benefits:
Salary of 27 000 - 30 000 (DOE)
